Earn Double Bonus Velocity Points on ANA Flights (1/9/25 - 31/12/25) @ Velocity Frequent Flyer (Activation Required)

140

Didn't get any email or anything about this, and only noticed randomly when I logged into my Velocity account. If it is anything like the recent Singapore bonus points deal, you may still receive the bonus points even if you've already booked (as long as you activate and travel within the time specified).

How to earn double points

  1. Activate this offer between 10 and 23 June 2025

  2. Add your Velocity membership number to an eligible booking on an All Nippon Airways operated flight with a NH or VA flight number before you fly

  3. Travel on the eligible booking between 1 September and 31 December 2025

Terms and Conditions

*To be eligible for the double Velocity Points promotion, you must: (1) activate this offer through the activation link contained in this email between 12.01am AEST 10 June 2025 and 11.59pm AEST 23 June 2025 inclusive (Promotion Period); (2) book and ticket an Eligible Flight and add your valid Velocity membership number to your booking prior to travel; and (3) complete travel on an Eligible Flight. An Eligible Flight is a flight marketed by either Virgin Australia (VA) or All Nippon Airways (NH) and operated by All Nippon Airways flown between 1 September 2025 and 31 December 2025 inclusive and booked and ticketed in a fare class that normally accrues Points. Points cannot be earned on Velocity Reward Seat bookings. All Nippon Airways services operated by partner airlines or marketed by partner airlines other than Virgin Australia (VA) are ineligible for this offer. Bonus Velocity Points will be earned on base Velocity Points earn only. Silver, Gold and Platinum members will earn their tier bonus Velocity Points separately. The bonus Velocity Points will be credited to the Velocity membership account entered into the booking and must match the passenger travelling on the Eligible Flight. Bonus Velocity Points will be applied to the originally purchased fare class and any upgrades (other than when you paid the full commercial fare) will not attract bonus Velocity Points as a result of this offer. Flights can be booked via the Virgin Australia website, the All Nippon Airways website or your local travel agent. Bonus Velocity Points are awarded on a sector by sector basis. You should allow up to 4 weeks after completion of travel for the bonus Velocity Points to be credited. This offer, Velocity membership and Velocity Points earn are subject to the Velocity membership Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.

  • Interesting that this seems to be an yearly campaign by ANA/Velocity?

FYI, previous one also offered double points: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/849363

With last year's offer I had already bought at ANA ticket beforehand, still got the double points even when activating the offer after ticket purchase. Velocity give such pathetic earn rates on ANA discount economy fares, so this makes things a little better

    • Yes, this applies to any booking unlike most of "must activate AND book tickets in the next week" rubbish deals.

      • I'm guessing it's because when the points are credited from the partner airline, VA doesn't exactly know when it was booked and can only go by the travel date.

Well then … I guess I’m going back to Japan.

  • anyone when Qantas normally have their double stats sale?

  • I've booked an ANA flight but couldn't add the Velocity numbers at the time of booking and it won't let me add it to the booking online. Do I do it at check-in or is there another way?

    • I was able to add them during booking but things might have changed since then. Maybe try contacting ANA? Otherwise you should hopefully be able to at check-in.

      • It was weird. Only let me choose ANA as the rewards program on booking. Can choose Vrirgin now but gives an error when you try to submit saying to contact customer service or do it at check-in. Have sent them an email for what it,s worth
