Only the online version will be free
The single player open world you will have to pay for it as the PS5 GTAV will be not just be a remaster but full next gen graphical overhaul plus more gameplay features will be added
Looked like shit in that opening trailer.
@stealth: Rockstar said they used ps4 gameplay for the announcement trailer, they have no revealed any video of screenshots of the ps5 version but they promised the graphics will be next gen.
There's alot of conflicting information saying if you own the PS4 version you'll get a free PS5 upgrade
@KozieSeller: As of right now there is zero evidence that PS5 version of GTA 5 will be a free upgrade for PS4 owners.
GTA Online will be free to keep for PS5 players for the first 3 months of release.
I love cyberpunk and i love gta v, but it does also show how polished a product rockstar waits to release, compared to the issues cyberpunk has/had.
Same goes for all the offline games of gameboy, nes, snes etc. There was no such thing as updates, the game had to be 100% perfect on release.
