Spotted this on a receipt from Woolworths in Tasmania. Especially handy for anyone in Tasmania who has not already transferred their Frequent Shopper Club account to Everyday Rewards, since the Frequent Shopper Club will be closed in a month.

This deal differs from previous sign-up offers, as you don’t need to text a code to a phone number or use the in-store Everyday Rewards kiosk to get the bonus points.

In my experience, the bonus points were added two calendar days after signing up for a new account.

  I joined last week after being in the old Tassie scheme which gave us 1 point per $1 spent and when you reached 1,000 points, you got $10 off your shop.

  I got the 1,500 points a couple days after joining.

    So Woolworths Rewards is actually worse in the sense you have to get 2000 points for $10?

      At first look, yes. But the old scheme stopped having special points offers a while ago.

      Everyone in Tassie will have to either join the new scheme or not be in a scheme as the old one is ending Jan 2021.

        Wow so if you got no bonus points it would be a 1% return on your shop. I'd much rather take the standard 0.5% return + bonus point offers
