I got this set about 7 years ago… Works well, can't go wrong with stainless. I use it on induction

  • I bought these pans in a set a few years back and can't recommend them. It is incredibly difficult to stop foods sticking (food needs to be close to room temp before cooking, pan needs to be seasoned, pan needs to be roaring hot, but not to the point it will smoke the oil you add). Just too finicky on a gas burner. The sides of the pan are much thinner and will burn any food that touches them.

Would not recommend over a quality non-stick.

    • We must of posted at the same time. Are reviews are the total opposite. What kind of oild do you use? I have an electric stove

Ive got the scanpan coppernox for around 10yrs. You really need to ween yourself of teflon cooking knowledge. Once you do you’ll never go back.

    • You have to heat the pan to smoky hot then it will be non-stick.

    • S/Steel pans aren't meant to be non-stick.

  • I bought this set from Chrisco. It is brilliant. The trick is, after you finish cooking, put a bit of dish washing liquid & water in the pot or pan and put it back on the turned off cook top. It lifts all the oil & grease off. Cleans well every time. I use Fairy dishwasher liquid. Only need 3 drops

    • I do the same for cleaning.
I do fry in a non stick but all other cooking is in these.

  • Balls. Bought this for 299 days ago!

    • I paid well over that, maybe 350 ….but was a long time ago.

I got one of the big 10 piece sets many moons ago….didn't rate it that highly, left it with my ex when we broke up. Got a Cuisinart iA+ set like this instead then added a large frypan and a wok. Heat distribution is pretty average in both to be honest but clean up is heaps better with the non stick stuff.

Never believe the RRP of Scanpan either, if anyone pays that they're a fool. It's also $237.15 at Catch +delivery (free with Club Catch trial)

  • Got this a few years ago. The rivets on the frypan now wobble, and the nuts that hold the handles on the lids came loose, and a nut was lost before it was brought to my attention.

  • Had my fry pan for about 5 years now and love it, super strong and most things dont stick as long as you have a bit of oil in.

  • Rrp $700 lmao 😂
