How long before we have to activate this SIM?

    • I guess it's 1st Feb 2021

I feel this is the date For bonus 60g .
Should still get the 240g for another year.

        • This is accurate. Feb is the cutoff for the bonus data.

    • Last time I bought this (directly from Boost website), the activation deadline was > 15 months away. Not sure about retailer, if they have these stock sitting around for a while it may be less?

I realise it says on the Telstra 4g network, but is coverage as good as Telstra?

I do a lot of regional work in WA and need the coverage

    Cheers

    • I do work in regional areas and have found Boost and Telstra to be the same.

    • The networks are the same

      • Awesome cheers

      • I think you will find that Telstra get priority over Boost even if the towers used are the same.

        • The coverage is the same which is the main thing

Does this work for recharge or only new customer?

If you are currently on Boost prepaid you buy the SIM and when you are ready to activate it message them via their message service and ask for it to be activated to your current number.

I just did this with my wife and my 2 prepaid numbers on Boost. Took about 40 minutes all up. We went from $30 a month each number to the 110gb plan which costs about $14 a month per number.

      • Thank you. Now to wait for a new deal to be posted :)

  • Hey Guys, do you get data every month to use for that month?

Or do you get the full data for the 12 months to use whenever during the year?

    Cheers

    • You get the full data which you can monitor via their app

  • Sold out

You can price beat the $260 boost.com.au online price at Officeworks and get it for $247… only $7.10 more than this offer and without the wait.

      • +1

Is there offer running in boost.com.au, I can see the full price $300 ?

        • +1

You are indeed correct. Was the $260 price for a couple of weeks but looks like it’s gone back to normal price some time after I commented.

Reminder. Boost not supporting call waiting which really sucks. You only get a text message if you are already on a call when another party calls in and of course you can't merge 3 parties in one call neither.

    • Sorry but it does support call waiting, i am using iPhone.I guess it depend on which mobile ur using ?

  • what happened to the sub-200 deals boost plz
