Price in title, how many times do I need to remind you?

    • +3

Yep, it's a bit like writing "Woolworths Promotion On Fruit, Veg, Drinks, Toiletries"..

Decent prices. X2 Pro is a solid phone but it's been this price a handful of times since October. There's also of course all the next gen flagships releasing in the next month.
Also most 765G chipset phones are getting heavy discounts lately making these prices not that great.

    • The x2 pro is a SD 865

        I should have worded better.
X2 Pro: Great phone, decent price, but not a good time to buy as next gen flagships are coming out next month.
X2 Neo/Lite: Decent phones, but recent price drops mean that even at these prices they're not super competitive. You can get some SD 865 phones for less than $750 right now.

    Good Deals OP!
I have the Find X2 Neo from the JB hi-fi black Friday deals, got it for $640 (and used the $500 Telstra signup gift card to lower cost). Personally it's a pretty awesome phone, but I just purchased the S20 FE 5G for my partner through the SPP store for $696- which feels like a more premium phone for the same price.

    • wow, did not know it was for 640 during the black friday, was there a post

    • +1

s20 has only 8gb thought, neo has 12gb ram

      • Yep not wrong- but S20 has the 865G processor. Waiting to see which takes better photos and videos but the Neo is a pretty great package for the price.

And yep I found the deal through OzB, it wasn't even written up in store (probably had too many other deals on display)

        • Cheers. I missed the Friday sales. I m keen on buying the neo one.

  • Was 649 at black friday buttttt its only supporting Nsa network although australia is building 5G slowly and poorly with nsa. Still not ideal model.

    • oh, but does it matter as 5g is not even properly implemented yet

  • Good deal. Now just need a 5% off code for jbhifi to stack

Find X2 Neo $745 at Catch, Allphones and $747 at Kogan
    Only save $50 at JB…

    • +1

yeah but getting a phone at JB HiFi + dealing with warranty claims etc, can't be compared with online stores

      • -1

Could've just got it for $100 cheaper at JB on Black Friday.. cheaper still with all the 15% off GCs around the time

For a normal price at JB of $799 don't think it's a highlight?

      • Go in store and ask for a discount

        • What do i tell them. Last time I went, they were quite rude. They couldn't do much as the prices were as per the list. :(

Was negotiating on note20. Thankfully I didn't buy it.

    • I wouldn't buy a grey import if there was a similarly priced local alternative.
Did not enjoy my Kogan phone shopping experience.

  • I'm enjoying my Find X2 Neo. Did add Nova Launcher to enable the swipe to Google News.

    • Gr8. I m thinking to buy too. I might drop in to Telstra Tomo to check if they can do a good deal for me with a plan

  • On the $575 black friday neo now - really happy with the phone. Was worried about ColorOS but apart from one thing (not being able to open camera with a side button) like it more then Samsung's, miui, and OnePlus vanilla OSes.
Don't think I'll ever be able to go back to a 60hz screen

  • Is it worth waiting for the X2 Find pro to drop to $1k or less? Would it even possibly drop that low in the next 3 months?

Wondering whether it's worth juts getting the find X3 pro when released or to make do with a much cheaper previous gen X2….. i mean it'd be miles ahead of my s8+.

Edit: i can make do without wireless charging i suppose, but wondering how much harder converting the usb c into an aux cable port would be givne no aux jack?

Also - does the fast charging require the oppo specific charger or would quick charge 3.0 chargers like the old blitzwolf always being sold suffice to still get the fast charging times that the find X2 pro gives?
