Looks like a pricing error, quite a few yellow ticketed items at Target electronic section is both half price and 50% off.

Vtech twin handset 17250 had a $20 ticketed price marked down from $40. Scanned at $10. There are also other models. Probably also 75% off.

There were also generic iPhone cables with a buckle for $2.50.
3m HDMI cable target branded 10.2gbps $2.50
1m HDMI cable $1.50

  I went to two targets. Vtech was sold out at one, empty shelf. But the yellow ticketed items I scanned were 75% off at both stores.
  
  There were about 15 handsets, and 40 HDMI 3m cables at Parra.
