  • Wow … thats a real bargain price.

  • Do you rub oil into your beard then use the balm after? Do I need this. Never tried before

I think the balm will be better for styling and the oil for general use.

I use beard oil daily. On occasions I use beard balm instead of beard oil. Generally I don't use the 2 together as they server a very similar purpose - to moisturise your beard. Some beard balms have additional benefits over beard oil - for example some might add some extra hold to your beard. Based on the reviews of Bulldog Beard Balm, I would use it instead of a beard oil and not for the ability to style your beard.

Additionally, my beard has not squeaked since I started using bead oil.

If you are after an excellent Aussie product, it's worth checking out Melbourne Beard Oil. Their vanilla bourbon beard balm is great - and is more of a waxy product than Bulldog - so it provides some styling ability, and smells good enough to eat.

Milie Organics also make a great beard oil. And they get bonus points for being Tasmanian.

I'd recommend this as a beard balm. It lasts for ages. And Aussie product as well.

Thanks OP, bought. Don't even have a beard but now have an excuse to stop shaving for a bit
