Got an error from a curl php module saying it couldn't resolve a dns www.myvirtualhome.com.au
crappy web developer who hasn't test the website at all.

EDIT: For the moment, just download the software - you can enter a key later. To get access, go to your account maintenance area and view your order. Click on the name of the software and it'll download.

finally managed to get it (at work now)
as for the cd key, i've sent you an email last night to your webmaster address
I downloaded it fine - you don't even need the CD key to install. After I ran it, an update was available so I installed that but then the app wouldn't start after that…it crashed with a directx dll or something. I uninstalled and reinstalled again, this time ignoring the update - works ok now. Program is quite easy to use…but it's worth reading the tutorial as well.

have they removed the "download only" option? when i click on that, it comes up with "Sorry, but the Product you\'ve requested wasn\'t found!"
They've fixed the key generation thing, but the downloads are disabled for that thing now :(
You can still order the license key and just download it elsewhere, it's still genuine as far as I can see.
I've done a google search and haven't seen where else to download it from - everything seems to point back to the MyVirtualHome website…
Doh! I thought I'd burnt the file to CD, but I didn't and I think I've deleted it from my computer. Anybody found somewhere else to download it?
It looks like it's working again. Was able to purchase the "download only" and use the panasonic code to get it free. 504MB downloading!
Yep, downloads are working again and keys are being generated correctly.
Have got a working 3D drawing going and it looks like it could be useful for our extensions/renovations once I learn how to use it properly.
I like how you can make it print what ever camera angle you're looking at.
