Games are getting cheaper these days. I noticed that when EB needs to clear old stock they will aggressively markdown to crazy low prices under $10, sometimes even $1!
The hardest part is finding stock.
FYI, most of these sales apply to Xbox too.

Great prices but a lot of them are out of stock unfortunately since I wasn't fast enough. It's kind of annoying that EB Games did several rounds of price drops on the same games within two months though but they must really want to get rid of stock (naturally I bought at higher price only to see it drop another 60% now).

I think I paid about 20 times that price for Dead Cells and loved it. If you can find it for 95c, buy it.

I find that these sales almost always only have stock in the most remote locations. And with no option of delivery (at ridiculous cost anyway) there's very little that I can get.
Also often the pre-owned version is much more expensive than brand new which I cannot comprehend.
