I rather spend extra $16 to get a samsung ssd t5 @ Amazon or officeworks, it has better value in my opinion :))

Also better value to go up to 1tb storage.

T7 and T5 are better, and so is 1TB, but $69 to plug this straight into the back of your PS4 or one X is a great quality of life upgrade with faster loading times for quite low cost compared to the others.

  • looks like it is out of stock already :-(

What do most of these drives use these days? 2.5" sata ssd's or all m.2 sticks?

    • +1

Yeah I'd like to know this as well.. any one know what model the internal drives are?

    • +1

Just picked one up from OW and it's m.2

      • Are you sure that it's not mSATA?.

      • Any chance you can do a speed test and post the results?

  • +1
    • Those speeds are disgraceful! Anyone who has one can you confirm or dent your speeds

  • I bought this for nephew for $78 before Christmas from OW.

Or you can get a sata drive that's double the capacity 10 times faster.

    • You’re a bit confused there. This drive you posted will be slower as it’s a traditional spinning drive. They use the same USB3 interface but the spinning drive will not get close to using all the bandwidth of USB3.
