Kogan deceptive as usual.
I had a bad experience witn Kogan recently. I bought a Dream V10 for $236 via their app and registered for kogan first for free shipping. It was being delivered 1 month after. After 5 weeks, they sent me an email saying they had a short stock and would have to give me a credit for something else or refund. I checked their website straight away and V10 was in stock for $399 and was being dispatched in 1-2 days. I took a screenshot of that and replied back to the customer service. He ignored what I wrote and replied back to me with the same bs. I sent another email asking him to read my previous email carefully. No reply yet. They are bunch of liars.
Ordered something months ago but it hasn't come
While I’ve had decent experiences with Kogan, Levi’s footwear (unlike their jeans) are notoriously poor quality. I bought a couple of their shoes for $8 a few years ago and tossed them out because they had bad arch support, and on one, the sole started coming undone after a few weeks. Definitely wouldn’t be paying $20 for them.
No comment on Levis footwear, but I find that many or most shoes have poor arch support. I buy insoles for my shoes (the kmart ones are actually not too bad). If I need to then I swap them from one pair to the next.

Says "Free Shipping with FIRST" so I had to register its trial membership, then the checkout still shows $9.95 shipping fee delivering to my suburb in Melbourne.
Also tried entering "3000" as the postcode, still shows both "FREE SHIPPING" with an extra $9.95 for "Delivery to 3000" on the checkout. This is deceptive pricing! This entire price drop doesn't exist!
