@nap enthusiast: I figured it out. I had an adblocker/DNS on. The form didn't show up with it active. I put my email further down on the page which isn't the correct section. Turning the private DNS off and that fixed the issue and I was able to have the proper form display. Hope this helps others.
@Lucille Bluth: Bah I should've read this first. I think I've cooked it lol. Used a couple diff emails already and my pihole was active..
I haven't gotten a form or anything. Entered the subscription section as you mentioned bottom of page..

Having tried on a pair of these in a store recently, I'm not sure what they offer that kmart 'pluggers' don't offer.

Actual arch support in these compared to nothing in the biscuits you buy at Kmart. Normal thongs stress my calves, Archies do not.
If you are concerned about comfort and avoiding injury, you shouldn't wear thongs at all. The lack of anything holding your heel at all forces you to claw your toes every step you take and they are terrible for your feet. Arch support thongs are philosophically contradictory, really.

Functionally nothing, they just have a decorative crystal in the strap. Similar to the crystal Havaianas that were popular once upon a time.

Try use incognito, was signing up for my wife but codes weren't coming through when I used the same device as one I've already signed up with, maybe there's a tracking cookie thats trying to stop double ups, worked fine in incognito.

The arch support on this is excellent if you need it, but unfortunately I find the straps to be stiffer than havaianas so they irritate the top of my feet way quicker than havaianas do.

How is the sizing? Normally a size 8 in runners. Do people size up or just order their normal size?

Make sure you get the right size! The selector defaults to women's and I don't notice until I'd already ordered.
Also, when they arrive if the straps cut into the top of your foot, you can stretch them. Go easy as they can't be retightened so just stretch a bit at a time until they're right
You can shrink them back to original by putting them in a bucket with boiling water. I need to do it occasionally as my feet are quite narrow
