This is the best deal I've been able to find on this after looking for quite some time.
Unfortunately I'm after the White / Rose Gold for my wife, so it will be $344.02 but still cheaper than anywhere else by a reasonable margin.
Not sure if Duty needs to be paid on it on entry into Australia but I think even if you add 10% to the price, it's still quite a bit cheaper than I've seen it elsewhere.
I messed up on two accounts; the listed price includes VAT, and it's also in GBP (not EUR as I read initially). It actually comes down to $365 + shipping for the granite blue, which is a much better price.
The only differences between the two models is a larger face (40mm vs 42mm) and a higher-res and OLED display on the Venu.

I personally haven't. (Ordered 1st Feb. Shipped and on the way to Aus with Royal Mail 3rd of Feb… but no updates from Royal Mail or Aus Post since then).
Slane Cycles who were very friendly and responsive says they are seeing current shipping times from Ireland to Oz of 10-17 days instead of the usual 5 - 12. Fingers crossed it isn't any much longer for anyone still waiting eh!

Looking to get the Garmin Vivoactive 4 GPS Smartwatch Black Slate which comes up cheaper than local stock.
I ended up buying a dusk rose 4s for wifey for $345 pricematched by OW. You can call the main Officeworks # and talk them through how to see the final price (ie they need to register with slane to get VAT exemption). Alternatively you can do same in store. The model I got was "online only" so they'll deliver in a day or 2.
When you mentioned VAT exemption, you mean get them (OW) to register with Slane?
Did OW not charge you the additional $17.95 for shipping???
@jpwwong, did you try direct at local store? I actually called local store and talked the guy through how to find the price and then went in store to pay (and pick up something else). He had the price teed up and ready to go when I found him in store. FWIW Garmin service overseas models locally, no questions asked.
@dormston - I actually opted to have the item delivered to the OW store (easier for me) but he intimated delivery would be free…unless you're asking about Slane's delivery cost, which was included in the OW pricebeat price. The Slane's price once you register/go to check out is cheaper than when you just add it to cart, if that makes sense?
I tried calling 3 local stores in around Melbourne CBD + multiple times to their national help line and all out of luck.
It was a combination of "we only price match Australian stock so UK stores are out of question", "Since it's UK stock the warranty policy is only covered by Slane so not equivalent like for like product" and just plain old "we don't price match grey imports".

The Venu comes down to $392 + shipping as well, which is far from the best it's been but may appeal to some people.
