Morning Ozbargainers,

It has been a long wait, we are finally able to release RTX3070 build. Trying to stock in all the necessary components are exhausting. We purchase all our stock locally, from the reputable PC suppliers, not from Amazon (oversea stock/parallel import) or some weird friend’s friend’s garage, so we can make sure the stocks are original and can be warranty through the original manufacturer.

Currently there are very limited stocks on AMD Ryzen 5 5600x available, we fight really hard to get both 5800x and 5900x to be available for sale as a whole system. The RTX3070 we have for this week is from Galax, ASUS and MSI.

    Morning? Are you in Perth?

    • +2

We love to say morning to whoever we met, feel refreshing and energizing, dont you think?!~ lol

      • -3

        That didn't answer his question

We are located at Sydney CBD, but we greet every customer "morning" throughout the day

5800x +3070 = weirdest combo on the planet especially if you're gaming

    • We know…. meant to be 5600x, but we just can't get our hand on with the 5600x as describe above.

We do have AMD Ryzen 5 3600 / 3600x, but recon its a bit low for this setup, what you think?

      • Is 5800x overkill for gaming? I suppose it makes it better for productivity as well though so win win?

      • +2

        Wouldn't be a bad option.

At 1440p (which most would game at with a 3070) the results would be much the same with a 3600 instead of a 5800x.

Actually, the A4168a system you already have with simply an option for the 3070 instead of the 6800 would probably generate a few sales.

        • ok, we make the AMD Ryzen 5 3600 CPU available.

    • why is this ?? genuine question - trying to understand modern specs on PC's

      • +1

You're buying a 3070 means that you are budget constraints, a system with a 5800x + 3070 would perform significantly less than a 10400f/3600+3080 for a similar price tag

When it comes to gaming, the cpu should be the least of your concern, particularly important since the people buying these are more likely to play at 1440p and at this resolution, cpu is next to irrelevant as long as it is 6 cores or more

With this particular deal, a 3600 would be the more optimal choice

  • Are you looking to make any 3080 or 6800xt systems available in the future?

    • +1

We have very very limited stock with RTX3080 and 6800XT. Waiting the stock of X570 motherboard, should be able to be in stock by next week. We will release the build on our website once its available.

Therefore, for this build, it won't be available for upgrade to either RTX3080 nor 6800XT, as the stock are just way to limite.

      • Great, I'm looking for a 3080/6800xt system with 5900x, hope you can make that CPU available as an upgrade option if you still have them in stock by then, cheers.

  • Comes up as $2636 + shipping for me.

    • Please choose MSI RTX3070 Ventus 2X OC for the cheapest option.

  • How does this compare to the techfast system deal with the 3080? In terms of price and quality of items?

  • Made a pcpartpicker for anyone interested https://au.pcpartpicker.com/list/YG8cmk case wont show price but it seems to be $149 rrp.

    • Seems to be some compatibility issues with some components from that link?

      • Motherboard needed a bios update to work with the CPU but now is compatible.
As for the case they are the ones installing the parts in that case i assume it must fit fine and part picker is wrong.

  • Wish you guys had an interest free credit option

    • yeah, was discuss this topic last week

If anyone has good finance company, or know the sales of them, please help ask them to contact us. Hopefully we can work something out.

      • maybe investigate what the 'GodFather' Harvey Norman is using? I remember they always have that 0% interest free tag on their products.

        • ok, we will do some research on them, thank you for the tips

        • Latitude Go through Mastercard I believe.

  • Which is the better gaming GPU brand on offer?

    • Out of the box settings, galax is the best, but they can all be made to perform the same, though wouldn't really recommend the turbo since they don't come with a backplate and looks really gross

  • +2

Literally walked into the shop an hour after this was posted, great customer service - was getting a PC for a friend and wanted to switch from AMD to Intel - Virco easily facilitated, answered our questions, made good recommendations and the PC was assembled in under two hours and they demonstrated it to be working. Definitely wasn't expecting it to be that quick!

Would highly recommend them just due to the friendly service and speed!

    • Thank you for the support

  • Any other cases available? The front I find to be a bit ugly 😅

    5800x + RTX3070 is perfect though.

  • +1

Got a little bit of selection of case available on our website, you may choose whatever on it

    • Thanks I appreciate that. While the V250 and H510 do look good my only concern is that the fronts of them are blocked off so the front fans aren't going to produce much airflow and the 5800x is known to run hot.

It'd be really awesome to see you stock cases like the Lancool II Mesh and Phantek P400A that have full front mesh and good reviews regarding airflow.

      • Both h510 and v250 design to have a good airflow, while the front of the case is seal, it has air hole around the side which allow the proper air to pass through.

We might be able to stock in the Lian Li case , for the Phanteks case however, it's exclusive to PCCG

        • I was looking at a lot of reviews and wasn't convinced with the side panels unfortunately. Lian Li or even some more front mesh options would be good. I forgot Phanteks was PCCG exclusive.

  • Hi, would you allow to choose another case? i want to purchase but the case is too ugly.

you may choose any case there.

      https://www.virco.com.au/collections/cases/products/thermalt…

Thermaltake V250 is a popular choice.

      • Thank you, so what would be the price for this build with Ryzen 9 + VENTUS 3X and NZXT 510 matte white?

        • Options can be made on the website…

          A527a with 5900x and MSI 3070 3x is $2816
Thermaltake G33 is the same price as NZXT 510 (which shows on the website)

          • @virco: i could choose CPU and GPU with this deal but no where to choose another case. Also, would the liquid cooling be installed neatly in NZXT 510?

            • @TrevorTrinh: what do you mean? do you mean that would the liquid cooling 240 fit into the NZXT 510 case?

              • @virco: yes, can it fit? sorry i am not that advcance when it comes to PC. Also, if i order, will the PC comes as built or seperate parts?

                • @TrevorTrinh: yes, NZXT 510 case would fit 240mm liquid cooling.

We will build the machine for you. so pretty much you would received a completed unit, and plug and play the unit.

Once you received the PC, please do not open the case, if you don't know what you are doing, and break something inside, that would void the warranty.

We got several cases that customer like to check whats inside of the computer. Takeout the CPU, band the pin; Takeout the GPU, break the pin on the motherboard, and try to put it back, and blaming us that we didn't build the PC properly.

                  • @virco: Thank you. So you can build with Thermaltake V250 or NZXT510 cases. i promise not to open it.

I could choose CPU and GPU from the drop list options. How about the case? how do i choose it as there is not dop list for cases in the deal? i dont wanna make an order by mistake with the G33 case.

                    • @TrevorTrinh: please proceed with the order, and then email us, we can manually edit it for you.

Any more questions or concern, please PM us. Thank you

  • why does it say price is now $2636? and not "Price from $2596"
