Yes, you can get replacement ear pads. I did. Just do a simple Google search (Got mine through Amazon)

@MeeMaw: Ah bugger, just a bit too late. Went for the Corsair HS35 instead. Thanks for letting me know, I now know for next time that Amazon generally matches their prices after a short while.
@benhon: What made you decide on the HS35?
I currently have Astro A10 but the clamping on the head is wearing me down, debating on these (GSP300) or Arctis 3 (I know price points are all over the place) hadn’t really looked at the Corsair’s? I’m on PC@MeeMaw: I just needed a better headset (w/ mic) for work predominantly. So was just looking for a good deal, would've gone for GSP 300 if it was at the right price point before I bought the HS35. The HS35 is so far really good. Mic works as expected, sound quality is pretty decent and don't feel any clamping on my head (have worn it most of today).
Thanks for tip regardless, even though the Amazon price is $10 higher for the 300 by the time I count in the free shipping with Prime vs paying for shipping it works out fine. I notice JB also has the 300 for $89 if anyone wants to walk in grab one or price match.
@burtrito: Great tip. Just got a pair put aside at my local JB. Said mwave being in NSW (me in Vic), they don't really have to price match, but he's put it down to $81 for me.

Hrm now that I've got these 300s I find them very uncomfortable. Way too tight, I must have a giant head.
My partner and I have the GSP 350 and love them, we got them during the Black Friday sale at amazon for about this price. Microphone is fantastic for the price and the sound quality is quite good too. Comfy to wear all day.
