Like other posts in similar vain, looks like you can place an order via Harvey Norman. Deliver dates are uncertain (6-14 days if I plug in my area). I don't need one, but good luck to all players that are after one?!
Looks like you can also select click and collect, but the usual messaging about out of stock / the store will message you when it's available / arrived.

I got my order confirmation and text, nothing after that.
did a whatsapp chat with HN support and they said all PS5 orders have no ETA and its pre order at this stage.
Yep i was told the same thing, website is slightly misleading as item was marked as in stock with no pre/back order. Also delivery estimate was 6-14 days so very dodgy business going on by HN.
When I go to track order it doesn’t say back order or anything, only says that it’s processing. I doubt this means I’m a lucky one though. Just hope I don’t gotta wait too long coz I’ve already done enough of that

The store I'm collecting from said they will have it by the first week of Feb. Kinda annoyed HN put theirs up for sale before even getting them while Amazon and BigW had them ready immediately.

Absolute jip! I contacted HN last Friday via Whatsapp and they send the PS5s were in stock. Messaged them again this morning and someone else told me this is a pre order and no stock. They had not given me a refund so I asked for it today - refunded within the hour.
This is a pre order guys, they did not have actual stock I believe for anyone. Get your money back and wait for the next batch with another retailer.
HN sucks.
Ima wait till the end of the week until both target and big w stock have completed. Sometimes the support staff just don’t know and are sick of hearing from us all.

No luck yet, mine's still on backorder too (click and collect). I'm guessing there might be more delay as stock needs to be shipped out to the actual store (vs from the warehouse).

Just got a call from my local HN (NSW), my PS5 is ready to be picked up, also my tracking never said Back Order, just said Processing. Hopefully others will get their click and collects very soon.

I think most people have either received cancellations or back order emails by now. On your confirmation email up the top press track order, it might say backorder as mine does.
