    yeah, it doesn't advertise as Data transfer does it. I read somewhere that single pin were charge only and 3 pin allowed data. I wonder what determines Charge only vr Data transfer incl?

      one pin is clearly charge only, even 3 pins look to be charge only unless they are using the rims too….

      to move data it has to be bidirectional, in and out…..so at least 3 pins
