I could be wrong but I think this is the first time that BWS is having 30% cashback. Could this be the new norm?

  • ShopBack must be the last link you clicked in order to get Cashback. If other website links are clicked after clicking through ShopBack, Cashback will not be tracked (E.g. coupon websites and deal websites).
  • Return to ShopBack and clickthrough to BWS every time you are making a new transaction.
  • Accounts that engage in fraudulent orders/activities to game/cheat the Cashback system will be banned and Cashback forfeited.

          Yep, my Shopback rebate shows as zero on their email, and on their web site it is stuck in 'calculating'. 0 ÷ 0

          I think cashback for BWS and Dan Murphy's is based on on the total amount including gst. At least that's the case with Cashrewards

              @Hintswen: That's very odd. Why did it only happen to ShopBack? My BWS cashback last Friday tracked on the total amount incl gst, at least that's what I can see on my Cashrewards account

    Nice deal! Two lots of confirmed cashback for this household. Unlike some I've not had an issue with BWS and shopback before so experimented to see if the order method may make a difference by placing one order on a Win10 PC with Firefox extension and the other via Android phone with Shopback & BWS App. Both transactions have been confirmed via email within a couple of hours.

    Dan's price is $67.99 and BWS price is $66 on sale.
    The CB track email confirmation came 1 hour 3 minutes after the purchase email came through, saying cashback is A$17.76
    So if no surprise I eventually pay $48.24 for the beers. Sweet

    These special cashbacks especially BWS never seem to work and Shopback comes back with its been deemed ineligible etc even when proven otherwise. You end up paying full RRP for an item you never would have purchased if it wasnt for the cashback special. And worst case is a lot of people wont even know because once they have ordered it, they dont keep track of wether or not they got the cashback months later.

      Fair point, but for those in doubt about how their past BWS (and or liquorland, first choice) have tracked its easy to do in a few clicks on the app.

      1. Click on the savings amount (top right).
      2. Click on the "All Store" dialogue box and select which store/s to want to review.
        3.Displays status (pending, confirmed or rejected).

      All my claims thus far are pending or confirmed.

    My cashback is tracking but it's only showing as $25 instead of $32.

    The purchase was $108, delivery was $10.

    I know that they don't give cashback on delivery fees, but why would they miscalculate the cashback on the $108 spend?

      The cashback is not on the final purchase price… it EXCLUDES GST.

        Two points……

        1. Says maximum cask back $25 in the title
        2. For most stores on shopback and cashrewards, the cashback is not payable on gst or shipping.

    If mine doesn't track, I simply cancel the order or return it. It's simple when it's local.

    The Savings are real.
    My order $91.80, CB $24.72 = $67.08
    I ordered 6 bottles of wine, which netted me an extra 10% discount from BWS.

    What are the prices for the wines I bought from Dan's as we speak?

    Still no tracking email from shopback. Not sure if I pick up my order or not. Clicked in the shopback app, which only gave me the option to open the BWS app. No other websites/links involved.

    My purchase went untracked. Did absolutely nothing wrong, went straight from shopback app to BWS website and purchased with debit card. Picked up from store within half hour but nothing tracked
