I know this deal has been mentioned before but there is a system glitch this year and some people are not receiving birthday gift cards. The online chat team will generate a credit to your account if your birthday was Jan and didn’t receive a working gift card.

    Did you know that when you're a bonds member, they reduce any advertised specials to account for your membership discount?

  • Have been a member for many years. Just got my $10 birthday gift card but when I press activate on the email and logged in, the system offers me last year’s giftcard and is expired. Wonder if they ran out of gift cards this year or it’s a glitch?

    I was wondering if this was only for customers with no spend. But I have spend on my account and got the $20 minimum T&C.

    I haven't actually tried without spending $20 - was just going off the T&Cs.

    • Also excludes period undies going by the T&Cs. As a guy, I'm crushed. 😝

  • Does anyone know when the email with the voucher is sent? Is it on the birthday or start of the month?

        I can't quite remember, but I think I ended up calling them and having it applied to my cart or account. They were really helpful over the phone. You could try emailing to confirm too
