  This came up in my facebook feed a while ago as an ad because I'm a crafter. The comments were FILLED with people who could not cancel, or cancelled and got charged anyway, or cancelled and got charged months later. Many said their backend process was a mess and many of the comments were filled with anger about people not being able to just click a button to cancel like most modern web sites. Buyer beware.

      well for what it's worth i emailed the address above asking to cancel my autorenewal and they replied that they have cancelled my membership, that i can still access until it lapses, and offered a deal for next year.

      i'll keep an eye on my statements as usual

      they were going through a transition period which could explain it
