      Garbage. Haver it in our work. Step 10 degrees off centre and it starts to wash out. Sound is also terrrible.

      They've been around for literally (nearly anyway) 100 years. I remember my grandparents having a JVC VHS back in the day. No idea if the TV is any good though

      JVC used to be a very respected Japanese brand. After they stopped trading the name was bought out and is now used on cheap generic brand Chinese electronics. That's not a complaint, just a FYI for the people that do remember the brand.

      I bought a 48" 4K JVC TV from BigW from a deal post in I think 2015. Moved house with me 4 times in that time and still works without fault. It isn't 'good'. The backlight is incredibly uneven, and a black screen will still light up a dark room, but it has been incredibly good value.

      I'm currently looking to go for something bigger for the lounge and put this one back in the bedroom.
