oh boy. $2 for a bbq cheeseburger and then use a HJs receipt with a survey code for chips and drink - won't find a cheaper lunch. i used to get the cheesy cheeseburger for this purpose but theyre not all that pleasant…(and theyre also 50c more than this)

I wonder how skewed the surveys are with so many desperate people constantly filling them in .
Some people have never filled them in and never will .

      • I don't put any thought into them when filling them out, just tick the boxes down the line and keep clicking next till im done!

I just say I'm highly satisfied for everything. Looks good on them and reward is good for me.

    • I used to change cheese sauce for bbq sauce which would cost $2.80, and cheese sauce I could still normally taste.

This is a very welcome change.

    • The last time I had hungry jacks was last month and in the receipt there was an option to give feedback to some email address. It was NOT a survey. I am not sure if things have changed recently or it was that specific store.

    I filled mine in legit.

I went to use the most recent voucher (2 Whoppers with cheese for $9.95). In the app it is plastered with $9.95, but it comes up as $19.90.

At the drive through she said ' this store isnt eligible for that promotion' and then offered to put me through two whoppers then add cheese manually for $12.50. Bait and switch much?

So I just ordered a $2 chip butty, with a survey code with free chips+drink. Good to know there is another option now.

I got fat. So I stopped doing this.

    • +1

no no no. you're supposed to blame HJ for making you fat because its 'unhealthy'

My local store the machine is constantly broken down so they don’t have to do the $2 shakes. How unfortunate!

  • +4

im happier about the addition of redeeming 'shake & wins' within the app rather than just at the cashier.

Except the freebies have to be combined with a purchase which sucks.

  • I'll swing by on my way to footy training. Cheers.

  • I don't know about other places, but in Queensland this is a long running deal - not new. I've been buying $2 shakes for months if not more than a year maybe. The burgers have been there too at either $2 or $2.50 max for yonks… long enough I've just presumed it is their normal pricing!?

    • I believe the BBQ cheeseburgers have been $2.60 for a while until recently around NSW.

    • Yeah shakes in NSW have been $2 for ages

  • Who doesn't like HJs
