Just use your account like normal but through VPN!

Just hope your headset never fails. It’s been a month since I raised a warranty fault - really annoying cluster of dead pixels that can’t be revived. It’s been 4+ weeks since they said they provide a return label and still nothing. I chase them and two days later get a boilerplate “we’re working with you to get this fixed” kinda response and no actual movement. I’m just trapped in limbo with no way forward as there is no other POC.
