  These guys are great and the soles really work for those with exorbitant foot odours

  Also I ordered 2 pairs on the 06/02 and it looks like they weren't kidding

  I tried these last year, they were pretty hard (I was expecting some shock absorbtion) and from memory there was material on either side so they slipped a bit, only wore them a couple of times before using as cinnamon deodorisers on the shoe rack.

Generally they will fit over existing insoles and orthotics to absorb moisture and reduce foot and shoe odour. It's also important to get the right size to reduce any movement.
