                  @scuderiarmani: It’s not the PS5 controller charger dock either, but it was quite difficult to find it in stock.

                  Fact is, this console generation and its accessories have been difficult to find in stock and even when they would become available to pre-order, they would sell out almost instantly.

        Yes, they're just Microsoft cards

        I've purchased, there is no option to pay using gift cards, however online chat was able to put the order through, was quite quick.

    With the quality of their Stereo Headset I wouldn't be wanting to be one of the first ordering these. That thing was a hunk of poo.

        Not quite 3 times more expensive. Especially at release RRP. It also has much more advanced features so the price increase obviously equates for that too. It definitely looks better quality but that's just a ad for it at the moment, hopefully it turns out nothing like the wired one.

    Just wait for reviews on how these sound before buying. Don't buy into the FOMO based on reports of people in NA needing instant gratification before we know if these are crap or not. If they're good, waiting is not the end of the world, you survived fine before these even existed

      Microsoft are pretty good with returns within 30 days here in Australia, and can sometimes push for a refund further down the track if it develops endless issues so if you have disposable cash and willing to be the guinea pig it's not the worst option

    For anyone buying this for their series s|x be aware that there is an issue with wireless headsets causing controllers to drop out. When it drops out you both the headset and controller sit there as if they're trying to sync. The only way to get them working again is to perform a hard reset by holding in the power button on the console (rebooting from the menu doesn't work).

    This is listed on the MS site for known issues

    I use a Razer headset and experience this constantly. Plenty of post for the same issue from users of other branded headsets such as Steel series Arctis. The official workaround is to use a controller from a previous gen console.

    Perhaps these will work better, but I'll wait for the reviews.

      Nope not yet. My order is still showing as 'Pre-Ordered' which is weird since they have released. They are even available to purchase from the Microsoft Store so they have stock.

    I asked Microsoft help and this is the response I received, "I see! The new Xbox Wireless headset! It should be dispatched based on US time. So for now lets wait for it! Cheers!" What is the point of getting it a day or two after it is available in Australian stores. I might as well cancel my order and pick it up from JB HIFI.

      Yeah very bizarre and disappointing from MS. My order still hasn't shipped; unfortunately my cancel button has disappeared and both JB and EB locals are now out of stock…
