Thinking of Purchasing an Samsung Galaxy S10+

Recently saw the https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/605091?page=1#comment-1010… deal however I was a littl uncomfortable with the fact it was a carrier version so I did some searching around and could only find that Amazon AU has some left over. However now I'm a little confused over the pricing, was wondering if anyone could explain or have I missed something? All I can see is a missing Made for Australia Logo on the 512 gb Version.

Anyone had any experience with buying phones from Amazon AU?

  • S10+ is a 2 year old model… What draws you to it over a more recent phone?

Purely because I do like and use the headphone jack frequently and that whilst there are nicer cameras, I have an actual camera. Besides a expandable storage on the s10 is incredibly useful. Only downside is that it isn't an SD processor but I can live with that, since my current Exynos s7E is still currently going strong

      • Check the front page.. S10+deal just posted at JB HiFi… Not 512gb, but that's the point of the sd card

        • Is that the same deal I linked at the start of my post?

  • Just get an S20 FE.

I do like myself a headphone jack

I'm in exactly the same boat as you OP. Was set to get the S20FE but use the headphone jack quite a bit….decisions decisions.

  • Purchased one of kogan just before xmas.
they're imported from Hong Kong, no phone carrier bloatware on them.
this is my 4th phone from kogan, have never had any issues with the phones so have unable to comment on any returns process.
purchased a refurbished phone from them also and honestly couldnt tell the difference between the new ones in the shops.

  • Went from s10e to s21 myself
Got the 128gb + free wireless charger, $950 direct from samsung…

Get the s21, wireless is nice but the little design changes make it very worthwhile
