KFC have just added 'The Double' to the secret menu. This time with a twist on the Tower Burger. Consists of two zinger filets, a hash brown, a slice of cheese and tangy tomato sauce.

How to access the KFC 'secret menu'

  • Download the KFC App
  • Navigate to the Order screen with the food categories (you will need to select a store first)
  • Pull down until the Colonel appears
  • Hold for 11 seconds until the Secret Menu pops up

      yep i just have an old code that i screen shot and show it to them if they are bothered capturing it.

      if they really wanted to be nasty, they'd ask for the receipt and for you to write the code on it..

      Same here. On my work iphone i can pull down far enough by alternating between two fingers over and over until the button pops up. On my Pixel i can't do that, and pulling down until i see the colonel and holding does nothing :(

        On the Pixel when you are down at the furthest part move you finger up diagonally and bring it down again should activate it, same issue on my Oneplus

      Basically. Can use it for both drive through and easy in. The big thing is that for no apparent reason they want to see photo ID (varies from kfc to kfc). You know, because apparently there are kfc thieves out there who are randomly guessing people's order numbers.

          Seems to be store specific. Some don't ask, but I've had a couple of times where stores refuse to give me my order without photo ID and to initiate a refund before, including one where i only had my Medicare card (since it doesn't show my photo). A few just want to see the app order confirmation though.

      When you're in the order screen, where it allows you to choose between colonel's offers, build your own bucket, etc, press and hold your finger down somewhere near the top of the screen and while holding drag your finger down. There will be an issue down colonel in a bucket. Keep pulling down and wait for 11 seconds. Eventually a "secret menu" box will appear at the top of the screen".

    On a side note, how can they call it the Tower burger, its basically a normal burger with a hash brown right? Am I missing something?
    And as far as secret menu goes, I just pulled screen down and it popped up in around a second.

      When you see the menu, touch your finger on the screen and move down as if you are scrolling UP. You should see the colonel up the top… hold there for 11 seconds.

    The amusing thing to me was always that these are 'healthier' than most burgers but people complained about these more. The buns used in burgers is basically sugar bread.

      After further inspection, it seems only Chatswood and surrounds and most of the northern beaches are affected. The tower burger has been replaced by something called the crunch burger. It's really strange that two stores really close to each other sell different products (look at Macquarie centre and north Ryde).
