  I bought one of the bigger ones from your store on Black Friday and it's great. I did get a little too enthusiastic colouring in the shapes and it's left an imprint on it, I'm guessing there's no way to remove it?

    It's a matte white layer over the background print. When you paint water on top, the white goes transparent so you can see the print underneath.

    It's a lot less messy than paint. You can leave it lying around the house for kids to use and worst case end up with a bit of a puddle.

    That said you can choose what colour you paint so it's mostly just for making shapes, but the little kids still enjoy it.

      ah thanks. So no chemical stuff on the top mat? Thats good.

      Also if thats how it works I don't really need magic pens then (e.g. the kids lose them)? A small, wet paint brush would do the job right?

  Judging from the photo, if the mat is 1m tall, then those kids are approx 30cm in hight, an incredible feat for them to find 2 of the worlds smallest midgets for their product photoshoot.
