Hi all, just letting the OzB community know that our Easter Hamper is now available for this year. We've introduced a 1kg Ocean Trout fillet - exclusive to this hamper (for now!)

The Huon Easter Hamper 2021 includes:

• 1kg Fresh Huon Ocean Trout Fillet (skin on)
• 150g Reserve Smoked Huon Salmon Pâté
• 175g Reserve Hot Smoked Salmon Honey Cured
• 100g Premium Cold Smoked Salmon
• 100g Premium Gin and Kaffir Lime Cured Salmon
• 125g Cadbury Dairy Milk Easter Eggs - just to keep you going while you create a feast!

The festive hamper from last year, has been rebranded The Huon Hamper is now available as a standard hamper (if all things Salmon is more your thing).

    Employees stealing is the few in the Western Sydney doing the dodgy.

    They did accidently have release of the rish into the wild, allowing tassies to easy fish the salmon. Everyone was catching them.

    Ive had Huon salmon delivered from them and it's top notch.

    I've had one of the festive hampers in the past, and it was excellent value…and their fresh salmon is really nice.

    Nothing to be freaked out about :)

    Yes it is.

    Ive had it and ate it sashimi after cutting it. Get a good knife and it will help a lot in cutting.

    Cut it up freeze the rest.

    Hi moocher, the advice for Ocean Trout will be the same as our premium fillet.

    This fillet is Sashimi Grade but must be consumed as sashimi within 5 days from the date the fillet is packed, and must be consumed on the day the pack is opened. Fresh fillets older than 5 days’ post pack date must be fully cooked before they are consumed and provided that the product is still within the stated shelf life it must be consumed within 3 days once the pack is opened. So if consuming as sashimi, definitely get into it the moment it arrives, don't wait until Good Friday or Easter Sunday etc. :)
