  One of the best books that I have ever read. Gives an awesome insight into the early days of Nike and the obstacles which needed to be overcome. If you have ever wanted to build something of significance (not just in terms of a business) then this book will inspire and challenge you.

    I guess you could read it as a book on what not to do, but as a memoir clearly that's not the intent.
