How does the charging through the 12 volt accessory port go?
Does the car key have to be on accessory or does it work with the key removed? Is normal car wiring good enough for this?
I thought that is mostly used with European cars, i.e. BMWs. Can bus or something
Not sure about the 120V input current. Hopefully it's a typo, but be sure to check before purchasing.

Just looking at the CAT website, it looks like it is a US only product. Unless if Dick smith can provide an Australian manual, I wouldn't believe what their customer service says. CBC4W manual also states it must be a 120V input.

Technically you could use a step down converter with it or other 120V devices. Best to stick to 240V appliances.
