    Only if your code Is listed so probably not as the newsletter code is unique. Newsletter code works out better if spending less than $70 and discount is guaranteed (or split purchases into $50 lots).

      Have you got the cashback confirmed? I got these cashback tracked too using gift cards and code recently, but don't know if Target will decline them in the end.
