      Hi MAB, the difference between both is that the Made By Ugg Mini Uggs have lighter and thinner soles and the label in the back is different. They are both manufactured in the same place, with the same Quality System control.

    Avoid if you want your uggs delivered in under 3 months. They refused to accept returns even though they took forever to send.

      Based on feedback on OzB, probably okay generally. The main problem is with their customer service (and attitude). Mine developed a split at the rear on both boots, first within a dozen wears. Second did the same thing after about 30. Both due to poor workmanship (sewing too close to the join). Sole was noticeably slippery when new but with wear it was fine. Previous ugg boots from another Au retailer (not maker) lasted years before being retired.

      "Australian made" is no excuse for shite service. This mob was too busy with new orders to care in my case. The ultimate mark of a business is both in the quality of the product AND their backup/customer service. I won't deal with them again.

      I've had my pair for about a year, and wear them before/after work when it gets a bit cold, so far I've had no quality issues and they arrived quickly despite COVID-related issues. The main gripe people seem to have with these guys is from a deal a while back when they under-estimated the interest they'd get from the deal and oversold, leading to some delivery and customer service issues. It sounds like this has mostly been resolved, but some butthurt people keep whining about it, and if you have issues it sounds like they're fairly responsive if you raise it here.

      I'm not sure they stack up to the Uggs you used to be able to get (I had a pair last 15 or so years) but at $60sih they're a good deal.

        Meh. Can't see anything wrong in consumers (OzBs) - "butthurt" or otherwise - reminding others of previous problems myself. Having allowed a business to make good, consumers really have only a couple of ways to deal with bad service - "word of mouth", and withdrawing support.

        Therein lies ONE of this business's problems. Any decent business shouldn't require public "shaming" to take action. In my case I could - and probably should - have pushed my consumer rights but given their responses ("we're busy" and <no reply>) to my private request for assistance, AND the arrogant attitude displayed by the rep on OzB to others' complaints on numerous occasions I decided it wasn't worth my time.

    Mine arrived under a week last year when in peak covid time also use my slippers nearly every day and still as new.
    I was hesitant at first after reading reviews but took a punt and very happy

      Hi bargainhunter1000, this is not our company and also not 100% made in Australia. We own the last footwear tannery in Australia, which means that our products are 100% made in Laverton, Melbourne. Any other Ugg company has to ship their material to China and ship it back to Australia.

    I guess this one (uggaustralia.com.au) is from a different company then the previous deal (uggexpress.com.au).
    Don't know if above mention reviews for quality/delivery/service is for this one or other one.

        Well, reading to the comments and reviews from your previous deals/post, I will prefer to live with my cold feet then to order from you guys.

        But you have openly accepted the issues you were facing and repeatedly mentioned about improving your customer service and quality and to support customers.
        Everyone needs an opportunity if they really wants to make it right next time and improve, but keep in mind, you don't get a long rope in this new world where word of mouth spreads faster then you think.
        I think I will give you a chance, ordered 1 pair, just contributing my 2 cents to support locals.
        Hope I won't regret this.

          Hi docians, the reason is because the sizes are different. Size 8 in men's is different from size 8 in women's.

    Just received them. Quality seems good. Fast shipping. Bit of a tight fit but I feel them moulding around my feet quite comfortably. No complaints.

    Mine just arrived. They are the biggest size, I cant actually get my feet through the opening at the top, though the length is the size I asked for. Poor design though they do seem to be of good quality.
