    • Yeah, and it's been like this for ages. I picked up the Dell for $409 last week. Same specs. G-sync/freesync.

      • And IPS :D.

    • Thanks, updated and referenced :)

Honestly HDR for monitors just suck.

When’s windows bring a new platform that actually utilises the tech effectively?

    Specs are weird
    Refresh Rate (Max.) : 165Hz means 6ms
Display Colors : 8 bits, good it's not 2 bits.

At least it has all cables.

    • Is the refresh rate tied to gtg response times?

      • no

      • GtG is silly gimmick
Education and critical thinking are so unpopular, lol

So funny how people refuse to think.

btw, i'm not saying monitor is bad, but specs substituted by marketing

  • Not a bad monitor puchased last year for around 419 dollars

  • been like this for 3 months!

Better off getting the newer IPS G27Q (without the' C) which is the same price

  • What does "HDR Ready" mean?

    • That it can receive and interpret a video signal with HDR information, but doesn't meet any of the HDR standards for brightness/contrast (cause it's only 250 nits), so it's basically useless for viewing HDR content.

      • lol what a scam
        isn't everything "HDR Ready" then?

  • Good for xbox1 ? not the latest series x but the previous model
