Skyward Sword on the Wii had a limited edition bundle which included the game, a gold Wii Remote and 25th Anniversary Orchestra CD. Looks like were going backwards

@King Steuart: At this stage, just speculation. That being said, it's suggested the hypothetical Switch Pro will have a 7" screen while keeping similar dimensions by slimming bezels for Joy Con compatibility.

Unless the "Switch Pro" is part of a new generation of consoles then there should be no reason why Switch games and accessories would not work. There may release a revision of the Joy-Cons but the current ones should still work.Yeah I'm guessing it would still pair but whether it will attach to the unit or not… Have to wait and see

That definitely isn't true, and I double checked my confirmation email from 2011 to confirm it. I paid $90 to Ozgameshop, and I'd bet my left nut it was higher at a local retailer. Wii games averaged around A$60-70 at the time. So yes, this costs more, but the original themed hardware tie-in wasn't free either.
Ah okay thanks - let's say it was an extra $30 then. Still a substantial discount on the wiimote
That bundle really was a no brainer if you wanted Skyward Sword. After digging around to try to find the its Aussie RRP in 2011, I'm pleasantly surprised to find the bundle and the Japanese Club Nintendo gold nunchuk I purchased for it, are now fetching collector prices on eBay.
Really enjoyed this game 10 years ago when it came out.
Keen to play thru it again and hopefully motion controls have improved.You can also play it without the motion controls now.
It's about $35 off using RRP and about $25 off if you use the $69 price for the game.
Not bad since the controllers are limited edition only.
Don't really want to risk HN cancelling the preorder.
