I've been tracking the prices of these recently and this is actually more expensive than the past:

Prior to February, they had a "end of month" sale which everything was 40% off off a lower RRP, so the Queen went from $1k to $600

At the start of March they dropped the discount down to 30% off the $1k RRP so it went down to $700

And now they've UPPED the RRP from $1k to $1.2k and taken 40% off, so now it's $720…

Wonder what they're going to do next!

Explanation: I am moving out in a month but don't want to carry the mattress to the new place so I've been tracking prices…

    • True, RRP of queen was $849 when I bought it 6 months ago

    • $2000 RRP for Queen. 60% off. Biggest discount ever.

Tried one and sent it back. the middle was super firm in comparison to the ends, so it felt like sleeping on a banana with your head and feet below stomach.

I can't really fault their return process, however the courier only serviced my suburb once a week, and I had to build a cardboard fort around the mattress to keep the cat away as I didn't want him to damage it. That was annoying, and could be an issue if you don't have much room. Rewrapping the mattress in plastic was a pain in arse.

  • Do your research on these types of mattresses. The returns policy is nice but you gotta consider they can't resell it. They can sanitise it best they can and give some to charities but a large portion of them are simply recycled. It's an environmentally expensive process - shipping them around only to destroy them. I found a spring hybrid one which seemed to give a bit more adaptability/support than the foam ones but even that is not as comfortable out of the box as I'd have thought. Still though, you can't debate the convenience of these delivered mattresses

    • Which hybrid spring/foam mattress did you end up getting?

Don't forget to use a referral link for $50 off.

Damn they really scalped the RRP to make it not really 40% off. I bought a double mattress which was $799 RRP before they hiked it to $849. Now they're listing the RRP as $1099 which is a lie. When 40% off deal is over, that RRP is going to drop.

  • Very good mattress, moved houses and ordered 3 at the beginning of the year. Happy with it 100%. It’s a firm mattress if that’s your thing.

Two inflated pretty much straight away, the third needed an extra two days to get to full size.

Mattresses were uniform in firmness, had no issues with it like others above. No complaints from rest of family.

They have since raised prices. For example got the Double size for $549 on sale, it’s now $100 more.

Now I did have issues with their ordering system/delivery.

Their website backend can be super shit. Their website cancelled one of my orders because my payment option Klarna had a different email address than my Emma account. Had to send multiple emails to Emma.

Their delayed dispatch/delivery option is also crap and useless, despite ordering close to a month in advance, two of my mattresses were sent and delivered on different dates to what I had specified on my order. - I had even confirmed beforehand via email the delayed delivery with customer service.

One arrived a few days early and another arrived two weeks late, the third not long after.

All 3 mattresses were delivered on wildly different dates despite ordering on the same date for the same dispatch date.

That being said, despite the shitty website and the mattresses not being delivered when I wanted/had ordered. The mattress itself is great.

      They have since raised prices.

It's because of the global silicon chip shortage obviously. And covid forcing people to stay at home.

  • Just bought this mattress yesterday and used the code
BEDBUYER5 for a further 5% off the discounted price.
