  • Key caps aren't described in the ones that I looked at… are we to take it these are ABS?

    • +1

      Corrected, we're using ABS keycaps

  • Also you happen to have any Wireless TKL keyboards around same price?

    • No sorry :(

These keyboards are bad. They are basically rebranding Chinese wholesale keyboards. The keys are super unstable and the spacebar is wobbly af. Layout for compact is horrible and the keyboard gets confused on whether you want to type a / or ? Sometimes even turning into up arrow key.

    • Hi phooooon, may I know your sales order number? I'm keen to check our your warranty job and see if we can help resolve the issue.

This isn't a warranty issue or anything of the ordinary so I don't think that will be necessary. The issues from the product itself (wobbly keys) is present from your wholesaler. You guys use the same supplier as Royal Kludge and I have keyboard from both you guys and that other company. The issue is present in both keyboards.

It's obvious that both keyboards are from the same supplier.

        • Gg I've ordered the split keyboard… Let's see how the quality turns out. Looks like the bar is pretty low for a return…

How much can you really expect from a cheap "homebrand" keyboard? Spend a few extra bucks and buy a name brand.

      • +5

I know. I'm just sharing my experience

        • Fair enough.. Just sounds a bit like a snowball effect for you of one small thing leads to another. I have a Royal Kludge keyboard with wobbly keys like you mentioned and never actually thought it was an issue.

  • @mwave uhh the split keyboard software link isn't on the website as specified in the instruction manual?
