Review for the TV isn’t that glowing and $900 for a 55’’ is pretty normal. I got my 65 Samsung RU7100 for $900 on special last year, which should about on apr with this Sony

    As far as I can tell, the X80, X800, and X8000 are the same thing. I recently bought an X8000H, the box has X80H printed on it, but then the manual inside had X8000H - rtings also notes the X800H is the same as the X80H or XH80. I suspect it's just a way to avoid price matching by having different model numbers for the same thing
