    Not going to neg, because prices are generally good with Skye, but had a bad experience with my first order that never got resolved.

    TL;DR - courier company screamed at us after refusing to deliver, and no follow up contact from Skye as promised when I reached out.

    Mostly caused by courier (Hunter Express), but also didn’t receive any follow up calls, or emails, after I called and spoke to the team to give them some feedback about my order not being delivered. Also wines went on sale 15% off the next day, and I was told I’d be reimbursed (appreciate the gesture), however no call/email back, and no reimbursement.

    Ordered a dozen wines around 10th December, was told ETA of 7-10 business days (SA -> NSW Metro) in time for Xmas. Not a problem, happy to wait.

    However, I had to email for a tracking number and ETA as none showed up on the website (waited 5 days). Wines ended up being with the ‘courier’ for 10 business days, which coincided with Dec 24th and everyone going home for Xmas. Courier company refused to deliver, and had a massive argument with them on site as they lied about closing/collection times on the phone. Ended up picking up the wines after they abused family members of mine, from a depot 1.5hrs away from my house.
