  We did everything we could to design a high-quality environmental toothbrush while keeping the production stages at a minimum to reduce the product’s carbon footprint.

    These toothbrushes are sustainably made with Moso bamboo which grows 1 meter a day, requires no fertilisers or pesticides.
    This species of bamboo grows in China, not Australia, therefore minimizing carbon footprint means processing the bamboo where it grows into end products.
    Australia could make toothbrushes from eucalyptus perhaps?

    Yes, these toothbrushes can be recycled and composted after the bristles have been removed.
    There is no plastic in the handle, and no plastic in the package that can be also recycled or composted.

      right, but we can't put these in the recycling bin, not in VIC at least. And we can't put them in the Green waste bin either.
      It'd be nice to transition to recyclable toothbrushes, but until a replacement for the bristles is developed they're all going in the bin anyway.
