Not sure if this also works for other Android based samsung phones.
Note: Working so far for sgs and sgs2.

To download this game:

Note: Updated steps:
Open "Samsung Apps" app
Go to Categories
Go to Games category
Go to EA
Click on the Free button
Find Dead Space and get it :)

    have fun!! it's not really that scary unless you play it in the middle of the night all alone in a dark room with the sound effects up…

    Keep in mind that this isn't a remake of the original Dead Space, it's actually Dead Space (mobile) with a separate storyline that fits in between Dead Space 1 and 2.

  Specific steps:

  1. Open "Samsung Apps" app
  2. Go to Categories
  3. Go to Games category
  4. Go to EA
  5. Click on the Free button
  6. Find Dead Space and get it :)

  Downloaded it on my SGS1:GT-i9000 on Android 2.3.3 and works a treat.

    Err - its not a bug. It even tells you in the tutorial - "Easily exit aim mode by sprinting or quick turn". And its not even annoying, just sprint and its gone.

      No dude, before there was no way of lowering your weapon besides double tapping the character or opening the menu.
      But I can see that they've fixed that now.

    I found it one of the easier handling shooters on a touch screen device. Graphically looks amazing for a phone game.
