Thanks bought the hard wired kit. Notice you can pick up the same model SD cards from other vendors for about half the price.

How does this compared with other dual channel dashcams like 70mai A500 or A800?
Don't want to put anyone off this, in fact quite the opposite (i want test data!).
We've had 2 of the HK3 hard wire kits faulty one after the other.
The kits we have power a Navman that draws about 500mA but not the Viofo A129 Pro Duo (draws 1 amp) they were purchased for.
It appears the voltage regulation in these is quite poor, ripple figures here compared to other random switch mode supplies I could find around the bench….

If anyone feels up to it i'd like to test your HK3 hardwire kit.
I'll test any for free, and i'll cover the return postage on a known working unit as i'm particularly keen to see one of these.
By working I mean specifically working with a Viofo A129 Pro Duo setup and able to run it for at least 10 minutes without failure.

What you recommend instead of the HK3 kit for the A129 or have you not reached a proper conclusion yet in your testing?
Please reinstate this deal… I need this product but unwilling too pay $70 more than everyone else who got this deal last week.

Damn… bought two of these 2 weeks ago for each car, $290 each delivered.
These are hardly ever under $300. $267 delivered is CHEAP.
