Waiting for someone to make a comment about virtue signalling or something equally as triggered.

    • How would this be virtue signalling? It's free, not like you are taking money out of your own pocket and giving it to anyone.

      • No idea but people seem to cry it at the mention of charities on this forum

        • Probably if people make a big deal of what they have donated. This isn't people donating.

  • Thanks OP

is it true charities don't like $10 or less donations because of the processing costs?

    • Is that what the street chuggers are telling people these days?

      • probably but no i think i heard it discussed in the context of them selling and trading contact details

as in if you are a whale they won't do that, but if you are a sardine they will make a buck off your phone number?

  • There seems to be another $20 to claim that you can donate, worked for me: https://littlephil.org/claim-welcome

  • Merged from The Little Phil Free Charity Donation That Was Posted Awhile Back Is Still Happening, but Now You Can Donate $20, Not $10!

Looks like this freebie from awhile back is still a thing, but apparently you now get $20 credit to donate to a charity of your choice, instead of $10 - just head to this link! Sign-up required, but no credit card details needed to claim & donate your $20 credit to one of their many listed charities. Heck, if you're concerned about unwanted emails, you could even use a throwaway address from https://sharklasers.com or similar… I mean, what've you got to lose?

  • Anyone confirm if you get an invoice and whether it's tax deductible?
