    1. Create a new folder on the desktop and name the folder with English letters
    2. Pull out the SD card and insert it into the computer
    3. After inserting the SD card, the computer pops up a "format" prompt, do not pay attention to this prompt, because the PC cannot recognize the encrypted file.
    4. Open the installed SDtool and select the language
    5. Select the newly created folder as the export path
    6. Click "Export" and wait until the export is complete

  Do not buy this brand. There is no local warranty support. I purchased a camera, had an issue within 3 months. They asked me to send the camera to their office in China to investigate. My shipment was lost and that is the end. Lost my money for purchasing and shipping.

  These things only last 6-12 months tops.

  Various issues I've had:

  • loses wifi connectivity permanently
  • loses power permanently
  • when panning left and right it loses connection and doesn't reconnect until it's restarted, and then does it again straight away
  • uses bad software (MIPC) for the ones I had that worked for a while, and it's full of ads

  Far better off spending slightly more and getting a better product
