What in the world is the point of a mesh system if you only get 1. What is it meshing with? lol

They also used to run a promo for 2 units but this deal has replaced that and IMO its a worse off offer

it's a great stand alone Wireless router that will get constant security and performance updates over time unlike others that will receive maybe 0 to only a few updates in its time. Also has the ability to become mesh in the future.

    • It can be treated as an extender, connect to your ISP modem either via ethernet or wirelessly.
The eero mesh wifi router brings up to 140 sq.m of fast, reliable wifi to your home. So , no need to buy a pack of 3 for such size.
Works with your internet service provider – eero connects to your modem to bring your existing internet connection to every corner of your home.

No point getting this when the 2 and 3 packs have been $179 and $257 respectively. Hold out.

    Not a deal - $149 at Bunnings: https://www.bunnings.com.au/eero-mesh-wi-fi-router_p0237369

Also, even at $149, how is this better than the TP-Link Deco? https://www.jw.com.au/tp-link-deco-e4-ac1200-wholehome-mesh-…

If the eero is going to receive relevant security updates that the TP-Link Deco won't, that would be a good argument, but not at this price surely.

  • looks like eero 6 is coming to Australia
