Ha, usually bonds gives a reduced sale discount for members to account for the member discount. I like this extra 10% off for members business. Sure the total discount is the same 40% off as their monthly sale usually is but it's the principle of it

    • +1

Its not 40% off its 37%

    • Sure the total discount is the same

Total discount is not the same. 40% discount is better than 30%+10%
e.g. 40% discount on an item worth $48.50 is $29.10
Applying 30% plus 10% will bring the price down to $30.56

  • Can you use gift cards for purchase?

  • I'm not getting the 30% off at checkout but I get the 10% off. Is there a difference being a MYPB member and a member?

    • It's not 30% further at checkout, it's already 30% off listed prices and then a further 10% off if you're a member.

      • I see the 30% price for each item but at checkout the price displayed is still full price. For example, a baby Wondersuit is $18.89 with the 30% discount, but at checkout they want me to pay $26.99 less $2.70 (10% members discount, then charge me $5.95 shipping (even though it's supposed to be free for members) so my total is $30.24. I am definitely logged in because I can see previous orders etc.

        • That's quite odd, I just created an account as a member and am getting both the 30% off price + additional 10% off and free shipping for the Wondersuit, it might be an issue with your account.. Might be worth creating a new account, clearing your cache and logging in again or contacting Bonds.

          • @doweyy: Haha, guess there's something wrong with my account then. Clearing cache didn't fix the problem so I had to sign up for a new account.

            • @xinnybubz: I'm having the same issues. I added 4 items to my cart with a total of $75.56, login with my MYPB account, and now my total becomes $107.96. Cleared cache and tried 3 devices.

Signed up for new account and that seemed to resolve it. Very strange!

    • I'm having the exact same problem

  • They say the fabric of bonds have gotten worse from the shift in factory but I am fine with my underwear after so many washes.

  • +1

I really hate the way Bonds pads out their inventory. Went to Underwear -> Trunks, paged down like 10 times or so to bring up a fair bit of their listings. One of the first ones I saw at the top, X-Temp Trunk appears 4 times spread out through the results, X-Temp Air twice, and 3 packs of X-Temp a few times. Sure, different colours. They could easily condense it and organise it better… but… LOOK AT OUR RANGE!

  • Spent $61.08 to get both cashback.. received tracked email and it says cashback amount $4.44 of Amount $55.53* (guess this is before tax)
Should I be worried about not getting $10 bonus? as my total indeed was $61.08

Clearly states "$10 bonus is eligible when making a qualifying purchase (after activation) of AUD $60 or more in a single transaction (inclusive of GST, after discounts, and before shipping)."

    • I clicked on it and it says this
Sales may report to Cashrewards ex GST so the amount shown in your account may be less than $60. You will still be eligible for the bonus.
so I think it's ok. as long as total is above $60.

  • Bonds or Uniqlo, which is better quality? The discounted Bonds prices are like standard Uniqlo ones

    • I havent tried Uniqlo but Bonds is terrible quality since they moved their manufacturing from Australia to China. I find the products i used to get from them all the time now after a couple of washes lose all shape and become really baggy. Such a shame as they were my go to for decent priced t-shirts and singlets.

  • Thanks imissbeans.

  • Has anyone paid with giftcard and still recieved cashback, I'm not sure if I should use discounted giftcard 8% off on suncorp, as the terms state you MAY be eligble for cashrewards but no certainty

EDIT: I ordered without using giftcards, tracked ok

  • ive noticed bonds stuff disintergrate at about the same time every time

Trying to shop now but cannot add many items to my cart. I think the bonds website is broken. What a shame. Both the CR app and Chrome aren't working…
