        When I went to buy, I tried to ask the live chat support if I would receive a steriliser or if the 20 had already been allocated. It's like they didn't understand English and didn't give me a proper response. I bought anyway. Is there anyway to check if I'll be receiving it?

      USB C, as in one has to connect the cable to charge? That would be a pain and would rather just place it on a base to charge. I suppose it has it's place for those that don't want to take up a wall socket in bathroom or rely on proprietary base. One could even charge using a powerbank ;-)

        I have an electric shaver that charges via USB c, and my phone and laptop charge via USB PD. Honestly I find it so much more convenient and faster to charge

          You know, having thought about it more….I like the idea of a USB charge option. Saves taking up a socket in the bathroom or requiring a proprietary charger.

            @Borg: I have a cheap wireless charger with USB-C input that lives in my bathroom. Convenient for topping up my phone when I'm listening to music whilst getting ready, and I just unplug it and use the cable when I have to charge my USB-C shavers or speaker. I think that setup would work well with this toothbrush too.

      ….but does one really need another Gadget (sterilizer) in the bathroom. Keep in mind that you mouth alone contains 6 billion bacteria – good and bad (at my last count).
      If really worried about your toothbrush, just stick it in Mouthwash on the occasion and you are all good I would think. Saves landfill :-)

      Got my Toothbrush and heads today. Missing the case. Central Coast, NSW. Not sure who handled it once it cleared customs, but it went through sorting to delivery pretty fast for me.

        I sent a stern mail to PFL asking them WTH is going on as there was no update provided since 14th April.
