    Valid code, works :)

We're eating at Black Toro (Chapel St) next week, they've also got 50% off. Been here a few times, great food.

    • Thanks for the! Will be dining there too then :)

    • We went there last night, for the 50% off food plus the yums - really good stuff there! Recommend the pork main, it's a big dish more than enough for two. Tacos really good too, and the grilled corn is yum.

  • Thanks OP worked for me!

Very few restaurants accept Yum points these days

    • The search did not locate any in Australia that accept yum points.

      • No point using your yum points as you can't get the 1000 points using this code then. Tried it last time and customer service said you can't use points and get the 1000 points as well.

But what's the point of earning yum points if you can't use them anywhere

          • +1

@toobzy: So much different to my experience! I had about 3200 points expiring on 31-Mar, been always accumulating and Never redeemed over the last few years.
I found a few places in and around Sydney accepting Yums and used them in over 2 different occasions for a whopping total discount of $100. Infact last time me and my wife had lunch at a fine Italian restaurant and the bill was $52 and I only had to pay $2 🤣🤣😂.
            Thanks fork!

@Dealking: I booked into an Italian restaurant to eat too but had to cancel cos my friend was sick, turns out when the expiring yums get added back to your account, the expiry date changes too!

              • @mintygirl: Wow - Thanks - didn’t know this!
I don’t have any Yums expiring for a while, as I used them all up, but will keep this in mind next time 👍

              • @mintygirl: I asked and got a 3mths extension :)
Yes I've got pland to use them within the next month or so this time.

            • @Dealking: Well probably a good deal if you can use the points. But there's no restaurants near me that accept them hence no point in earning them.

            • @Dealking: Goals! Lost 7k of points 31/3, hoping to ask for an extention cause Melbourne.

              • @anastasiastarz: So you can accumulate more that 5000 points?

              • @anastasiastarz: Have you or anyone considered trading/ selling Yums on the forums here or elsewhere? I haven’t been asked for a proof of booking etc while redeeming. They just asked what name the booking is in and applied the discount. Don’t see why a booking can’t be made in your name and someone else goes and uses it and of course you ask for a fair price that can be mutually agreed on. Win-win for both rather than completely losing the Yums.

                • @Dealking: Effort and trust that's why. Or you go through paypal, buyer lies and say they never got it and you know paypal always supports buyers.

  • Thanks Op! Now to find and excuse to dine out before this expires. 👍🤣

  • I used the code to book at one of the restaurants offering to double the Dine NSW voucher ;)

  • How does this work. Once they confirm your confirmation are you meant to pay for your meals within the app to get the points?

    • +1

No. You just pay any way you like. The restaurant confirms you kept the booking and the points are added to your account 3 days later.

      • +1

How do you then convert and use them?

        • +1

You need to make another booking with a restaurant that accepts yums and click the yums discount offer when booking. It will come off your bill in the restaurant

          • @NotBritishorUK: I imagine this deal would stack with the Citibank free bottle on wine as well?

  • Ok thanks

  • Anyone know when this expires and any limits on how many times you use it?
