I remember there was a Kickstarter for these and it went to make a lot during the pandemic in America.

We do be living in a society

But then you put this thing in your pocket where whatever germs were on the door handle are now in your pocket, defeating the purpose…

    • +6

Single use pocket liners is the answer.

    • Never mind the fact that your hand is also full of germs from the putting the thing in your pocket…

    • +11

Don't wear pants, solves the pocket problem.

Be a human and carry a small bottle of hand sanitizer.

Be a cat - stand at the door until somebody else opens it

    • +4

She’ll hold your tool at least ;)

      • +7

the only tool of yours she will ever hold from now on by the looks of it.

  • How do we know it hasn't been touched during dispatch?

  • -1

You could use disposable gloves or even just hand sanitiser instead - more compact, easier, and nobody will think you have a small…

    • +2

Good luck finding disposable gloves with + Laser Engraved Logo

  • Remember: Don't touch the Touch Free Tool after using it to touch something.

  • +1

All this touch free has been proven as fallacy and people still got sucked into it. How many cases has been proved from contracting it by touching the surface? If you can get it by sitting a few metres away and get done by the wind then it best to not be there at all. If you can't avoid breathing in the air then other preventive avenues are just pointless.

I don't think it's just about contracting covid or any other diseases anymore. Covid19 has exposed/raised awareness of gross things we never really paid attention to, ie. The amount of spit coming out of one's mouth when talking, I've noticed my personal boundary has increased, regardless if they're sick or not.
It has raised the hygiene standards and probably created many germaphobes.

Gum under tables are gross, but harmless, doesnt mean I would be OK with touching them, or even looking at it. Barf

  • This is a good idea, any ways to reduce the risk of contact is a good way to stop the spread of virus. There are a lot of covidiots out there .

    • Pathogens that are transmitted by contact with surfaces are called fomites. Fomite transmission of Covid 19 is not a thing. When public health specialists were worried about fomites was when Fauci was saying masks were pointless. Live and learn.

Everyone thinks they are expert after asking Dr Google. Lots of people are beyond help.

  • It looks like a weapon.

  • +1

Did/nt u get the memo, we have killed off the local C19 virus, about as useful as a ashtray on a motorcycle

    • Dude, this poor seller’s trying to move their stock how else they gonna do it if not on the tail end of the pandemic paranoia?

OP - what is the nature of its ‘Antimicrobial Properties’? Is it silver plated? Is it made of copper or an alloy thereof? Is it magical?
